Description
Crispy zucchini steaks coated with garlic and cheese, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/2-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the zucchini steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano evenly over the zucchini.
- Place the zucchini steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, then flip the steaks.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Air fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh zucchini for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
