Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
