Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss chicken with olive oil and seasonings.
- Cook chicken in air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, beans, corn, and tomatoes.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
