Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Season chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Air fry chicken for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked, then shred.
- Assemble burritos by placing chicken, cheese, beans, corn, onions, and peppers on tortillas.
- Fold tortillas into burritos.
- Air fry burritos for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
