Description
Crispy and delicious chicken nuggets made in an air fryer for a healthier alternative to deep frying.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
