Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with marinara sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in a thin layer.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down.
- Spray the rolls lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
