Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Slice and serve with pita, tahini, or yogurt sauce.
