Description

A simple and healthy low-carb dish made with chicken, spinach, and mushrooms, cooked in an air fryer or oven.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using an oven.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken.
  5. Add the spinach and mushrooms around the chicken.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and cook for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  7. Serve hot.
