Description
A simple and healthy low-carb dish made with chicken, spinach, and mushrooms, cooked in an air fryer or oven.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using an oven.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken.
- Add the spinach and mushrooms around the chicken.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cook for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
- Serve hot.
