Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken thighs evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispiness, pat the chicken skin dry before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the chicken thighs.
