Description
A quick and healthy pizza with a crispy chickpea flour crust made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Mix chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer basket or pan.
- Cook for 8 minutes until the crust is firm.
- Spread tomato sauce over the crust.
- Top with cheese, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Air fry for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Let the batter rest for a crispier crust.
- Adjust toppings as per your preference.
