Description

A quick and healthy pizza with a crispy chickpea flour crust made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms


Instructions

  1. Mix chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer basket or pan.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes until the crust is firm.
  6. Spread tomato sauce over the crust.
  7. Top with cheese, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  8. Air fry for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
