Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle cheese over wedges and cook for 2 more minutes until melted.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.
