Description
A quick and easy recipe for chocolate chip churro dough made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Scoop dough into small balls and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll cooked dough balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm.

- Use a cookie scoop for even-sized dough balls.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
