Ingredients
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the kale, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
