Description
A festive twist on the classic green bean casserole with cheddar bay flavors, cooked perfectly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Mix cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss green beans in the cheese mixture.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot.
