Description
A quick and easy air fryer burrito filled with chicken, avocado, and ranch for a festive Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the tortillas for 10 seconds in the microwave or air fryer.
- Assemble the burritos: spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, add chicken, avocado slices, lettuce, and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly.
- Air fry the burritos at 375°F (190°C) for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Add diced tomatoes or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Wrap burritos in foil if storing for later.
