Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, olive oil, chipotle, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until pink and opaque.
