Description
A spicy and creamy ramen dish made with air-fried chicken, perfect for a festive Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss chicken with olive oil, chili flakes, and paprika. Air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add soy sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine noodles, sauce, and chicken. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust chili flakes for preferred spice level.
- Substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
