Description
A festive twist on classic peach cobbler, these air fryer egg rolls are crispy, sweet, and perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
- 6 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup canned peach pie filling
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix peach pie filling, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the peach mixture.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
- Brush each egg roll with melted butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh peaches if in season.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
