Description

Crispy air-fried Reuben balls served with a spicy Thousand Island dipping sauce, perfect for holiday appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corned beef, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and caraway seeds in a bowl.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll balls in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place in air fryer basket, spray with cooking oil.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
  7. For sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and relish.
