Description
Crispy air-fried Reuben balls served with a spicy Thousand Island dipping sauce, perfect for holiday appetizers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups corned beef, finely chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and caraway seeds in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll balls in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place in air fryer basket, spray with cooking oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
- For sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and relish.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.

- Press filling tightly to prevent crumbling.
