Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 French baguette
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut baguette into 2-inch slices, hollow out the center.
- Mix shrimp, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each bread slice with shrimp mixture and cheese.
- Brush with melted butter.
