Description
A delicious twist on garlic bread, featuring spaghetti stuffed inside and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 large sub rolls
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the sub rolls lengthwise, leaving one side attached to create a pocket.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Stuff the spaghetti mixture into the sub rolls.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the subs.
- Place the subs in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover spaghetti for an easy meal.
- Adjust cheese quantity to your preference.
- For extra crispiness, brush with more butter halfway through cooking.
