Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over wedges.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
