Description
A simple and quick recipe for crispy Cajun-spiced chips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin chips.
- Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Toss the chips in olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Arrange the chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and seasoning.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
