Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Serve hot.
