Description

Crispy and tangy dill pickle chips made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Pat dry the pickle slices with a paper towel.
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg in another bowl.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Spray the pickle chips lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
