Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce to the meat mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles in the air fryer basket.
  6. Spread half the ricotta mixture over noodles.
  7. Add half the meat sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
  9. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
