Description
This classic lasagna recipe is made easy with an air fryer. Layers of pasta, cheese, and rich meat sauce come together quickly for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce to the meat mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles in the air fryer basket.
- Spread half the ricotta mixture over noodles.
- Add half the meat sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
- Adjust air frying time based on your air fryer model.
- Let lasagna rest before cutting for cleaner slices.
