Description
Crispy zucchini chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Slice zucchini into thin rounds.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove when golden and crispy.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
- Chips will crisp more as they cool.
