Description

Ingredients
- 4 cod skins, cleaned and dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the cod skins with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the skins in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
