Ingredients
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Mix tapioca flour, water, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Knead until smooth.
- Divide into small balls and roll into thin circles.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place wraps in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before using.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust thickness for softer or crispier wraps.
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
