A quick and healthy pizza alternative made with cottage cheese, pesto, and your favorite toppings, all cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and pesto.
- Spread the mixture evenly in an air fryer-safe bowl.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add cherry tomatoes and bell peppers.
- Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
