Description
A creamy and flavorful casserole made with crab, corn, and a mix of seasonings, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions, celery, and bell peppers for 3 minutes.
- Add crab meat, corn, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
