Description

Crispy air fryer crab rangoon bites with creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Water (for sealing wontons)
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges with water and fold into triangles, pressing to seal.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange crab rangoon in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Repeat with remaining wontons.
  9. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
