Description
Crispy air fryer crab rangoon bites with creamy filling.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Water (for sealing wontons)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges with water and fold into triangles, pressing to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange crab rangoon in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining wontons.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use lump crab meat for best texture.
- Do not overfill wontons to prevent bursting.
