Description

Crispy, creamy crab rangoon bombs made easily in your air fryer. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Water for sealing wontons
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Wet edges of wrapper with water and fold into a triangle, pressing to seal.
  4. Press edges with a fork to crimp.
  5. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange wontons in a single layer in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook at 375°F for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
