Description

These Air Fryer Creamy Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars combine the rich flavors of banana pudding with the smooth texture of cheesecake, all made conveniently in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix, prepared
  • 1/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment-lined air fryer-safe pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Fold in mashed banana and whipped topping.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then spread prepared vanilla pudding on top.
  10. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the pudding.
  11. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
