These Air Fryer Creamy Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars combine the rich flavors of banana pudding with the smooth texture of cheesecake, all made conveniently in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix, prepared
- 1/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment-lined air fryer-safe pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in mashed banana and whipped topping.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then spread prepared vanilla pudding on top.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the pudding.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
