Description

A creamy and comforting chicken Alfredo soup made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Remove chicken and shred it.
  5. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add broken pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
  7. Stir in shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese until melted.
  8. Serve hot.
