Description
A creamy and comforting chicken Alfredo soup made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta, broken into pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove chicken and shred it.
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer.
- Add broken pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
