Description
A creamy and delicious mushroom soup made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, and butter to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Pour in vegetable broth and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and thyme.
- Cook for 5 more minutes or until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh mushrooms for best flavor.
- Adjust thickness by adding more broth if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
