Description
A quick and creamy shrimp tortellini Alfredo casserole made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Mix cooked tortellini with Alfredo sauce.
- Layer shrimp on top of tortellini mixture.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
