Description

A creamy and flavorful white chicken chili made easily in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, then air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix onion, garlic, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
  6. Air fry for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Add shredded chicken, sour cream, and cheese.
  8. Air fry for 5 more minutes until heated through.
  9. Garnish with cilantro before serving.

Notes
