Description
Crispy potato wedges made in an air fryer with a tangy apple cider vinegar twist.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Soak wedges in apple cider vinegar for 10 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot.
