Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix bacon, cheese, flour, egg, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use thicker bacon for a meatier texture.
- Let the bites rest for 2 minutes after cooking for crispiness.
