Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Water (for sealing wontons)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into a triangle, pressing to seal.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray wontons with cooking oil.
  6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
