Description
A quick and easy snack made in the air fryer. Crispy chickpeas coated with cinnamon and sugar for a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
