Crispy coconut flour crisps made in an air fryer. A simple, healthy snack that’s gluten-free and low-carb.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix coconut flour, melted coconut oil, water, salt, and optional spices in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut into small squares or desired shapes.
- Place crisps in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra flavor, add herbs or grated cheese.
