Description

Crispy dumplings made in an air fryer for a healthier twist. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup ground chicken or pork
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
  • Oil spray (for air frying)


Instructions

  1. Mix ground meat, cabbage, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Dampen the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into a triangle, pressing to seal.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the dumplings with oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with dipping sauce.
