Description
Crispy potato chips infused with garlic confit flavor, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp garlic confit oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Toss potato slices with garlic confit oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Slice potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
