Description
Crispy garlic and herb de Provence wings made in an air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp herb de Provence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix wings with olive oil, garlic, herb de Provence, salt, and pepper.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
