Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, pat potato slices dry before seasoning.
