Description
Crispy and flavorful potato chips made in an air fryer with a spicy gochujang twist.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the potato slices with olive oil, gochujang paste, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible for crispier chips.
- Adjust gochujang quantity based on your spice preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
