A quick and easy air fryer meal with crispy ground beef and tender broccoli, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, breaking it into crumbles.
- Toss broccoli with olive oil and add to the air fryer. Cook for 5 more minutes until beef is crispy and broccoli is tender.
- Serve hot in a bowl.

- For extra crispiness, cook the beef 1-2 minutes longer.
