Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
