Description

Make crispy herb oil potato chips in your air fryer with minimal oil and maximum flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife
  2. Soak slices in cold water for 30 minutes
  3. Drain and pat dry thoroughly
  4. Mix oil with herbs and spices
  5. Toss potato slices in herb oil mixture
  6. Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket
  7. Cook at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway
  8. Remove when golden and crispy
